Sun-Kissed at Desert Color is designed for a fun and relaxing St. George getaway, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy time together. Spend the day at the 2.5-acre lagoon, relax by the sandy beach, or take advantage of the resort pools, hot tubs, and pickleball courts. Back at the home, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire table, or fire up the BBQ for an evening on the patio. The garage rec room adds even more entertainment with ping pong, a Nintendo Switch, and a basketball shoot-out game, giving both kids and adults a place to hang out between adventures. With comfortable gathering spaces, resort amenities, and plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors, Sun-Kissed at Desert Color makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your time in Southern Utah.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street, right in front of this home. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
