Saint George theme multi-color painted and furnished home. Three car garage and extra outdoor on property parking for boat or RV. Newly landscaped front and back yard. Heated pool to about 85 degrees, hot tub, and on property splash pad. Splash Pad has been recently resurfaced and looks fantastic!

Master bedroom/bath is over sized room with king bed, vaulted ceiling, 52 inch HD flat screen TV, 2 headed walk-in shower, jetted tub, 2 sinks/mirrors.

Guest room has king bed, large pop out area(perfect for travel crib), vaulted ceiling, full bathroom with a shower and smaller walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms with queen beds. Fifth bedroom with queen sofa sleeper and 50' TV for movies and gaming systems. All bedrooms have very comfortable new mattresses(even the lazy boy sofa sleeper) and ceiling fans.

Full Kitchen with new fridge, granite counter tops, large separate dining area seats 8, 5 bar seats, granite counter tops with center bar, 2 sinks, and two ovens, one convectional the other gas.

Living room doubles as a newly installed surround sound theater room. 60 in HD flat screen TV. Over sized conversation couch and 2 recliners.

We do everything possible to make our home covid free before your arrival by following all guidelines. But due to this current pandemic and it's highly contagious nature we can not guarantee that your stay will not be without risk. Since all travel has some risk we cannot be held responsible for any possible exposure to the covid virus.

Great choice for a vacation rental
This is a great place to stay at for a quick getaway! Half of our group arrived at 4pm which was our check in time. When our family first arrived housekeeping was still cleaning at 4pm. They finished cleaning the home around 4:30. This was the only hiccup we experienced during our visit. When we were finally able to go in the home we were astonished by the size of the rooms and all the amenities of the home. The majority of our stay we spent inside the pool. The splash pad was a neat addition but surprisingly our kids did not use it as much as I thought they would. One our second day we used the mister system to stay cool in the morning while laying out by the pool. At night we heated the jacuzzi. The host had board games by the tv console in the living room unfortunately we did not see them until our last day. The dinning area was large and accommodated our family nicely. The kitchen had everything practical that you may need for your stay. There were plenty of towels and blankets for our large group. We had an amazing time! The added bonus was that the home was about an hour away from Zion national park. Highly recommend staying here!

Dream facility vacation
Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. Close to Zion, Costco, restaurants, and access to St George. The property has awesome hosts who communicate quickly via email or phone. The home is well laid out with 5 bedrooms, baths, dining room. The kitchen is stocked with cooking & eating utensils.The kitchen and pantry are easy to find things as they have labels where items go.It was very clean & stocked with supplies. We loved private , slide, splash pad, hot tub , patios and always available!! Would love to go back & highly recommend!

Wonderful home/pool for the Family
Our family had a great time at this property. The pool and splash pad were a great way to cool off. Paul was very helpful and responsive during our stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with great views and in a great location.

Great Stay
The house was roomy and clean. The owner (Paul) was very responsive with communicating via text and phone call. The only complaint we had was that the pool gets too hot to get into during hot summer days so we had to uncover the pool and run the pool features overnight and wait for the pool to cool down enough for us to get in the next day. Overall we had a great stay.

Great Memorial Weekend Getaway
The property owners and manager were very accommodating. The property is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are amazing! The pool is a salt system so you can open your eyes underwater and it's friendly to your skin. :) Look forward to staying here again.

Great getaway!

Awesome stay
We had a great week in this home. We tried to leave winter behind and enjoy some sun and pool time. Unfortunately the endless Utah winter continued, but this house did not disappoint. They had the pool heated to 85 and we were able to play every day even though it was only between 42 and 60 degrees the whole week. And the hot tub was lovely for warming up and watching the tougher family members still playing in the pool : ). The home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood with walking trails close by. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Maybe bring some extra pool towels if you are coming with more than a few people (they said this in the instructions and I missed it, but we were fine with what they had available). Check in and out was super easy and they were very fast to respond the one time I had a question. We definitely want to come back again in the future.

Overall good, beds comfy, everything else functional. If allergies are a concern, then a carpeted place (like this one) isn't a good option while in the desert. Photos in the listing are pretty accurate.

Excellent family get away!
Everything was as advertised. My wife and I had a wonderful time as did our family who arrived half way through my birthday stay. The house, pool, slide, lights, hot tub, misters and splash pad all worked well and were very fun! A couple quick calls to very responsive hosts corrected any clarifications on their written instructions and small fixes. Simple as resetting a GFI outlet by pushing a button. All TV-Streaming entertainment worked very well if you follow the detailed instructions. Golf at the nearby Green Spring course was also a great. Beautiful course. Walking and running trails for daily exercise. Close to any type of fast food, movies and shopping. We will be back!

RETURN VISIT to Fantastic Family Home!
Amenities matter and finding a property with such great ones isn't easy. The large, beautiful pool (with a slide and cover) is complimented by a large hot tub, a splash pad, plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, beach towels, covered outdoor dining table, and a fantastic misting system (key for St. George heat). The kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING needed to prepare meals (two ovens, coffee maker, crockpots, pots, pans, utensils, etc.). The bedrooms are divided with two masters with ensuites on one end of the house, a TV room with sleeper sofa just off the living room (1/2 bath in the hall) and two other bedrooms and a bathroom at the other end. Beds are comfortable with nice sheets and plenty of pillows. We love this upscale neighborhood as it is quiet (no neighbors behind) and it is within a few minutes of shopping, restaurants and other fun activities. Only wish: An outdoor grill for guests to use. Paul and Shauna are conscientious and responsive....would highly recommend this beautiful home to families with children looking for an outdoor oasis and comfortable indoor accommodations.

Avoid this host at all costs. We made a terrible mistake in not heeding the other negative reviews.
Pay more if necessary to avoid this property. Do not engage in business with Paul and Shaunna. VRBO customers of over 15 years, we feared the unusually negative reviews of this property. But if we squinted our eyes just right (no pun intended, Paul), we could believe that the hosts were doing their best in the face of unusually bad guests. We took a risk because we wanted a pool to escape the height of the pandemic with our children. Our stay was mostly fine. The pool cover was broken but the hosts had let us know beforehand and had crews trying to fix it during our stay. There were other problems but the hosts were reassuring and attentive and communicated with us well. We departed energized by the beautiful Southern Utah weather and left the property cleaner than we found it which is an important value to us. After our stay we learned that the hosts assessed the maximum claimable damages (see VRBO terms if you’re curious) to their property for: 1. Damage to their pool cover. 2. Hiring professional movers. 3. Repairing their washer/dryer and smoke detectors. We complained to the hosts and VRBO but neither responded. We supposed we would be protected by an intermediary in the case of apparent fraud but have been disappointed. Our response: 1. The hosts’ pool cover was broken before our arrival. They knew this because they notified us. We inspected its repair carefully and obtained clearance from the host before ever trying to operate it with the remote touchpad control. We never abused or even touched the pool cover. 2. Multiple tall guests bumped their heads on a low hanging chandelier in the dining room. To mitigate this undisclosed hazard the dining table was moved (by a 70 year old man!!) about 2 feet to be centered directly beneath the chandelier. This in no way constituted a legitimate necessity to hire professional movers. 3.(?!) The washer and dryer were nice and worked well during our stay. Maybe cleaners ran an unbalanced load of towels after we left and the dryer walked out of its connection to the exhaust vent? We have no idea. The hosts may have relied on bad information from management or staff on items 2 and 3, but we are convinced that they could not possibly have made claim 1 in good faith. They had personal knowledge of the damaged pool cover before our arrival. We have retained the voicemail message. Small claims would be our next line of recourse but seems too burdensome. Run, don’t walk, away from these hosts.

The property was ready at check in time. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds, pillows. The pool was perfect. Adults and kids had a fun time at the house as well as around the St. George area. Nice to have a microwave and two ovens for cooking personal pizzas for 12 hungry people.

Property was in great condition and manager was very on top of everything we requested. We used the pool and hot tub daily and nightly. Temp was spot on 85 degrees pool temperature and hot tub was quite hot 100 degrees. Tv worked great and everything was just great. We made a lot of memories and are planning a trip again in June or July. Thanks The Meersman’s Family.

Great Pool!
This home had a fantastic pool, with a slide that was working. Unfortunately, the pool lights and splash pad needed further repairs. No BBQing is allowed. You need to bring your own ROKU device to use; the DVD player in the main living room was not working. You need to make sure that you take pictures of any damaged items in/on the property and send them to the owners. Otherwise, you do not get your cleaning/security deposit back. These are just a few topics to mention, if you rent this location. Overall, it was a very clean and decent place to stay. We did hear quite a bit of traffic behind the house, due to a main street that is directly in the back. You can drown out that traffic noise, by turning on the slide or jets. Bottom line: it was worth the stay for the price.
