Find privacy, relaxation, and wonderful amenities on the surrounding grounds. This property feels more like a private home than a condo, offering an expansive porch where you can relax after a day at the beach or sit down to have a meal. There's even plenty of grass off the patio, so you'll have ample room to throw a baseball or frisbee with the kids. Here at the front of the complex, it's nice and quiet but still a short walk to the pools and the ocean. Colony Reef is a family-friendly complex with all the amenities you hope for in sunny Florida. There are two swimming pools (one is oceanfront and the other is steps from the condo and heated), a sauna, a great workout room, tennis courts, and a playground. A private walkway leads you over the dunes (look for turtles and rabbits in the lush undergrowth!) and down to the pristine white sand. And then the relaxation really begins!
