« The Graduate is always a fun place to stay with a lobby that welcomes nearby college students with a big fireplace,air hockey, study tables, etc. Unfortunately, although we were there for 3 days, we received no maid service, none. The main thing we wanted was a replenishment of our meagre coffee supplies (instant coffee only in the room, no free coffee in the lobby). The room was large and clean with nice bedding. The decor is fun, but we need more than that to pay premium rates. »

« Very friendly team right across all areas. Smart and stylish hotel. Great amenities with lovely outdoor pool and hot tub area. We had a fabulous room on the 27th floor with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious and good options available. Healthy and tasty, all prepared in your eyesight. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. »

« Hotel is under renovation so the onsite restaurant was completely closed, as well as certain amenities were broken/not functional. My initial room had a broken safe and broken tub jets-I was able to switch rooms thankfully. At least half the staff were young & serious lacking customer service skills. Good central location downtown. »

« Great hotel in downtown Minneapolis. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. I’d definitely stay here again. »

« Brand new property still has new car smell. Was in town for Bruno Mars concert and location was awesome. Next to police station so felt safe. Rooms are like a mini condo very spacious and loved the open industrial interion design. Rooftop has amazing view even though its still under construction. Nice gym equipment and pickle ball court. Staff was super nice and they provide free breakfast and snacks. Would definitely return to stay here as it met our needs as in location, cleaniness , and...
