Clean, great staff

Très propre et bien entretenu. Je vous recommande cet hôtel. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

This is newer building that is very clean and fresh. Wheelchair accessibility was no issue for us. The room was large enough that we could turn the chair once all the way in. Beds were comfortable. We did not eat there nor did we use the poo so im not able to rate that. Parking was great easy to get in and out. Plenty of shopping across the street so good location as well

Un des meilleurs établissement que nous ayons eu depuis les nombreuses années que nous allons a Wells et Ogunquit. Petit déjeuner inclus, supérieur a ceux qui l'offre. Très bon prix avec Expédia. Très satisfait de notre séjours.

Dog-friendly accommodations were very clean. Non-carpet flooring is the best for beach loving puppies…no doggy smell from previous patrons either. Appreciated the beach parking pass which we could use during our stay. Basic continental breakfast, ok to get the day started but not if you are expecting waffles and eggs. Staff all smiles and friendly - we like that! Room was a little damp - but that is to be expected in a beach location. Would not hesitate to recommend and return to this...

Awesome stay!

the owners were friendly and courteous - did not have one problem with room or facilities - close to dining options I could walk to - rooms were clean

An excellent place to stay very close to the beach. Was my 4th stay at this property

Nice location and very friendly staff. Very clean rooms!! The cleanest I have seen in a very, very long time. Beautiful town that has amazing historical houses and buildings. We went to a restaurant called Patty’s B, and really good food, even for a couple of Celiacs.

Exactly what we expected. John and Kathy were very nice hosts. The house was like going back in time, except for the modern conveniences. Breakfast was very nice as were fellow guests who shared the morning table. New England charm abounds.

Super clean, well maintained property with lovely staff (particularly Lily!). Walkable distance to Ogunquit beach, playhouse, Perkins Cove and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely go back!

We loved our stay at Haven By The Sea B&B!! It felt like staying at your grandma’s house, the decor was so cute, it was so quiet and cozy, and there were many breakfast options! The only thing I have to say is that the walls were thin and the pillows uncomfortable, but apart form that, we had the best time. The ladies working there were so helpful with planning our itinerary and filling our needs. Would definitely stay there again:)

Excellent value for money, peace and quiet, comfort.

Les commodités, foyers extérieurs,BBQ …. La propreté des lieux

Great location and a lovely stay!
