Our room was neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner was quiet and worked well. The staff was friendly. We didn't use the pool, but it looked inviting. The area surrounding the pool looked well maintained. This motel offers few frills and no pretense. Good value. We'd stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here!! Close to a beautiful beach with amazing sunsets!! Their new pool was AMAZING with waterfalls and plenty of comfortable lounges and umbrellas! The front desk person learned it was our 30th wedding anniversary and changed our room to a better location. We also arrived really early and were prepared to be turned away, but we were welcomed and allowed early check in! It is walking distance to and amazing seafood restaurant, awesome pizza, a breakfast restaurant, ice cream and more!! Highly recommend and hope to make stays here a yearly thing!!

We were looking for a place to stay close to where the wedding was so not to have to do long traveling on the event day. We were looking for a place during peak summer season for a good price, a clean bed and clean shower. This was the place. I would recommend this place.

This was a fine place to stay for a short trip. It’s close to the beach; and all of the shops and restaurants were a short drive away. The price was right. The pool is small. The room could use more places to hang clothes since there isn’t a closet. The people who own it were sweet and helpful.

When we arrived, the person at the desk had some concerns about the room I booked. I was traveling with two handicapped people and there were two steps - one step down to get into the hallway to the door of the room and a step up in to the bathroom. When we went into the room, we decided to make a change. The first room was lovely - had a little kitchenette and a lot of space - but I was afraid someone would trip going to the bathroom in the night. We were easily switched to a room with no steps. It was comfortable and very clean. Loved the location and had a very nice stay. Would definitely stay there again!!

Very clean property. Rooms are decorated very nicely; not your typical motel. No noise. Very conveniently located on the main road. I've been staying here for many years now and I always choose this motel because I am always happy there.

conveniently located in the best spot in order to take advantage of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and icecream needs for your day within a 5 second walk.. Rooms were cozy and seemed to be kept up with the times. Being on rt1 was ok soundwise. Street wasnt horried of traffic like OOB is usually. Not bad of a place to rest your head after your daily activities. Very nice desk personnel/owner upon checking in which made it inviting to want to stay. Overall, I`d stay again if I happen to need to book a room.

This motel was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom had everything you needed. The only thing it needed was a hook for your wet towel. It looks like there was one but it broke since it had the holes from one. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Its location was nice as well. Right at the border of Wells & Ogonquit but away from the noise and crowded downtown. It’s also near a beach so I was able to see some pretty sunrises. The young lady at the front desk needs to learn more about the area. She was unsure with some information asked during check in. But I would definitely book with them again.
