"Kudos to housekeeping, the whole property was immaculate. Check-in was easy, parking lot was close by and everyone was friendly. There were some quirky things but not deal breakers. The toilet paper was so far away from the seat that you had to lean very far to reach it. My 9 yr old couldn't so we just sat the paper on the edge of the tub. Seemed odd there was only one trash can in the room (none in the bathroom?) I recommend this hotel and will be back."

"Overall this was a nice place to sleep while visiting Pittsburgh. The only complaints would be is that the room was on the small side. It was tough to move around in the room when others were also doing the same. The other comment would be is that self-serve laundry would have been helpful."
