"Staff great and nice breakfast"

"The hotel’s reception area was unclean, with dirty carpets and smudged windows. The hallways were unpleasant, and the elevators were also filthy. Overall, the property felt outdated, poorly maintained, and dirty. Even the room doors were grimy. Once inside the room, the condition was slightly better, but still disappointing. The bathroom was particularly disgusting—so much so that my child refused to use the bathtub. Due to these conditions, we chose to check out a night early."
