"The setting was beautiful, but I expected more. We stayed in the old lodge part. We had to carry heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs (no assistance was offered), it was very noisy and the room was cramped and awkward. We were looking forward to having a bar and restaurant on site as advertised, but the restaurant was closed for remodeling and the bar was more of a window where you could order drinks and then take them somewhere else to drink. We did enjoy the view sitting outside. Luckily, it was nice weather and the lakefront area is very nice. "

"Beautiful view from our large room. Conveniently located, which was so helpful - there weren't many options in the area. Friendly staff and parking available right in front. The only downside was no elevator, so we had to lug our suitcases upstairs. Otherwise, it was great! We visit the area at least once a year, and I'm sure we'll stay there again!"

"Cute little place, it was clean. A bit pricey for what you get. The bed we slept on was a little hard and not that comfortable. The hot tub was always full so didn't get a chance to go in that.... The experience was good I would def stay there again"

"I would not rate this luxurious. Location was great. House was as comfortable and met expectations except for the kitchen. Delayed check in process by 3 hours impacted our trip. Kitchen should be better stocked to rate in my opinion. Needs replaced basic mixing bowls, frying pans, baking sheets. Responsive communication with host."

"It is an amazing little place on a cul-de-sac. The hot tub was amazing. The backyard with the stream and the little gazebo to sit under was fantastic. And the house was great. The only thing I would say is to know that upstairs one bedroom is closed with its own door, the other is open. But our state was just awesome."
