"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication.
It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."
"You would think that a hotel of this caliber would be incredible in every way. Sadly, this is not true. The location, setting and architecture are stunning and on point. However, the decor (at least in the rooms vs villas) is very old school and without modern enhancements. I didn't love or appreciate this aspect of the hotel. "Nice hotel, room was a bit tired, staff at reception and breakfast very professional but friendly, good location right on the port, in walking distance to restaurants of Porto rotondo, we sat by the pool most days as loungers on beach were occupied and was surprised that no one ever came to ask if we wanted a drink but on the whole we enjoyed our stay "
