"This was our first time staying in Four Points Sheraton, which is now partnered with Marriott. We were in town for two nights to see the Celtic Thunder concert at the Memorial Auditorium. The hotel was very clean and attractive. Our room on the fifth floor was nice and quiet. Our favorite part of our stay was the onsite restaurant. We ate one dinner and two breakfasts in the restaurant, and all three were superb. Many of the offerings are house made by the excellent chef, and the wait staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely stay here anytime we are in Spartanburg."

"Everything was very clean and accommodating. The breakfast however was not. Unfortunately the sausage was like it had been setting out for a couple of days and was hard and the hashbrowns had a weird taste to them. But everything else at the hotel was great."

"The building as well as the room was clean and inviting. The staff were very friendly and informative. The breakfast was basic but substantial. Eggs both mornings as well as sausage. Make your own waffle like most hotels. Parking was convenient and parking lot was well lit at night for safety. Fitness room was minimal but still allowed for a basic workout."
