« The apartment was satisfactory, was in a great location and our stay was quiet and event free. The only downside was the smell in the entire unit, of sewer gas, especially in the bathroom. Also, a light was burnt out in the bathroom, making it very dark. Otherwise, it was good for a night or two but probably not much longer. »

« The initial booking was a torturous affair on “Vrbo. The most objectional thing is I was required to give my passport details to “Superhog”, (required by the owners). I am very uncomfortable about that as for all I know, it has been cloned and is now in circulation somewhere in the world. At first, we were unable to locate the correct key safe as video sent to us demonstrated the key being retrieved from a different model. We finally retrieved the keys. As it was raining, we were rather wet....

« The initial impact was disappointing as the building was quite dirty. The flat although clean to look at was not so clean underneath. The floor although clean (as had been hovered) to look at was pretty filthy when walking on bare feet. The windows did not close and one was broken (I sent pictures of that and the broken freezer door). We didn’t use the kettle as it was so full of limescale.
