    Thoughtfully designed for easy holiday living, the home features a light-filled lounge, separate dining area, and a modern open-plan kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals after a day at the beach. Pets may be considered upon request.

    Comfort is assured year-round with reverse cycle air conditioning, while practical extras including a washing machine, dryer, and outdoor hot shower make beachside living effortless.

    1 Tri-Bunk Room (Double on bottom, Single on top)

    Step outside onto the spacious rear deck and soak in the stunning ocean views stretching across to the Yarrahapinni Mountain Range the ideal spot for your morning coffee or afternoon drink.

    There’s plenty of room for everyone, with tandem carport parking, rear access, and a large flat front yard perfect for boat parking.

    Located just an easy 8-minute stroll from South West Rocks Main Beach, Yaringa offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and relaxed coastal charm for your next getaway.

Our family really enjoyed spending time at this property. It was clean and well equipped with everything a family would need. Bbq, appliances and kitchen accessories were all good quality, beds were comfortable, outdoor shower really nice! Would not hesitate recommending this house to others.

Our week at South West Rocks

A wonderfully well appointed property saw us want for nothing , during our time here. Excellent modern appliances, a clean and modern house, and north facing deck from which we could enjoy a platter and drinks whilst watching the native bird life. Walking distance to restaurants … we loved our time here

The house was light and airy, a great welcoming feel as we entered, beautiful balcony, fantastic modern kitchen with everything we needed plus some very thoughtful extras. Roomy bedrooms with comfy beds, comfy lounge, beautiful gardens. Very good TV selection, reception and wifi, At the end of a big day and wonderful hot shower with plenty of room and light. We didn't want to leave. So close to town and facilities. We will certainly be back and for a longer stay. Thank youLiz and Rob Kitney
