The upper level 1 BR fully self-contained air conditioned apartment, will have you staying in relaxed comfort with the perfect setting for a private getaway.
The spacious BR with en suite ( inc. bath) has 1 Q size bed.
two double size couch/divans in the living are can accommodate up to 5 comfortably, or 6 for a short stay.
ALL BED LINEN and BATH TOWELS are provided.
The kitchen which also has ocean views is well-appointed with an electric oven and cook top, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, front-loading washing machine.
Soap, laundry, and toilet requirements are provided

Pet friendly - it is not. Noise travel through floors, smoking
Had to wake up every night to take dog outside to go to the toilet in the front yard - which couldn't be closed because a car in next doors unit parked the gates open. 4 days I was so tired and stressed each morning waking up to scrub / clean poo and wee from the floor multiple stressed the dog also being unable to access outside for his business as he is well trained to know he's done the wrong thing. The unit below had an angry dog, and we couldn't go on the back yard as he didn't like people let alone otherq dogs. The property owner said our dog should be walked morning and night to do his business so that's our fault. We do that, but dogs are can do several poos and wees a day. It was an expensive unenjoyable stay. It isn't pet friendly at all, so why try to rent it as so. A man from the unit below banged on our kitchen window late at night scaring the hell out of us, abusing us with profound language yelling and threatening us saying we were noisy(I have a 5 yo and 9 yo). We had just finished a bath! When I walked by the kitchen and he was there on our upstairs balcony in our space at 10.30pm, I called the owner petrified. He again blamed us for potentially being too noisy or instigating the problem, and told us to call the police not him. He also gave the rude typical line 'I've never had an issue in 25 years, then saying this is about the conversation about your dog earlier having no ecause you couldn't go in the back yard!) It was just nonsense. The bottom unit of the house hears our every noise echoing whilst walking on floorboards etc, because it's a house divided up, not purpose build apartments with noise/floor.sound barriers. Smoking by the unit below on their balcony was awful all day and night, travelling to our balcony. SO we had to stay inside with doors shut and AC on!! It was a house not designed to be divided into units. For a 4 day stay at $700 a night, or Christmas was awful. We thought we'd be sitting out on the balcony overlooking the ocean, and our dog catered for. My car was blocked in, sharing with me were other cars that arrived in the night and blocked us in in the morning. Didn't know which unit they belonged to. Never again. No privacy, not dog friendly at all, no care for our welfare. Huge waste of money and an unpleasant Christmas for us all.

Idyllic and relaxing
Lovely stay with clean, beautifully appointed flat. We had a fantastic time taking the dog to the beach, birdwatching from the deck and eating across the road at the restaurants at the local shops. Superb location and a lovely place to stay!
