"The room i was staying at times room wouldnt lock when i left.. i let staff know about room 301.. i came back it was locked good.. i leave next morning close door and check wont close shut.. it randomly likes to close and sometimes not close.."

"I had a fantastic time. Everything was clean. All the restaurants were wonderful. This steakhouse is unbelievable. The housekeepers were great. I really truly enjoyed myself and the mattresses. Oh my God there are so wonderful and comfortable. I am going to call and see what kind of mattresses it is I am in heaven anyway I just had a wonderful time. Thank you."

"I will never use Expedia ever again I purchased the insurance in case something happened and something did happen where I was unable to get there till 3 days later and they still charged me even no they were supposed to charge me when I got there they charged me the day before I was supposed to get there and then they said that they reach down to the hotel which the hotel does not reimburse you they told me that and on the chat they said that they that I have to give them 72 hours to investigate Well within a couple of hours they had their answer where they were not going to give me my money back so I will never use Expedia and I will tell everybody not to use Expedia because they steal your money and they lie to you Don't use them and cuz if you have an accident or something and you I'm out over $300 which is ridiculous because it was the least nicest hotel in reno!"
