Beachfront, Luxurious, Great Location with Amazing Views!!!

Location! Location!! Location!!! Welcome to the freshly updated, tropical decorated and luxury furnished beachfront condo! Corner unit with awesome ocean view, private beach access, heated swimming pool, hot tub, and centrally located on the island. Walking distance to restaurants and stores! Preview it with the pictures, video, and reviews.

If you have more than 10 people, book 2 units (second and third floor) from us if available. You can have a big group of up to 20 people. Each unit holds up to 10 people.

Kitchen is fully stocked (It has everything you need to cook!) and with white cabinets, a tiles backsplash and a Corian granite like countertop, stainless-steel appliances.

Living area comes with a 55” wall mount flat TV and ocean view and a full wall of mirror that reflect the ocean view as well as a queen sleeper sofa, a leather recliner, and a love seat, and 2 comfortable fabric accent chairs.

Dining area with a 7-pieces wooden expandable dining table and chairs. A highchair for a baby or toddler!

Wake up in the Master Bedroom with a sunrise on a high-end king size wooden bed as well as having a 50” TV.

Guest bedroom comes with a queen bed and a twin bed and a 50” wall mount flat TV.

Second guest bedroom comes with a high-end wooden queen size bed and a crib for young parents.

Gorgeous ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom. Feel free to relax and watch the ocean waves and sunrise while kids play in the swimming pool or relax in the hot tub.

WIFI and TV cable services are included.

Suntide II amenities include, a beach side pool, a hot tub, a sun deck, a tennis court, and BBQ area.

Stay with us is super easy. Unit has a digital lock and you will have your lock code to enter and parking permit will be emailed to you. Contact-less check in and check out! The stay was excellent, but the parking situation needs to be explained a lot better than it was. With a condo sleeping ten it should be understood. There’s gonna be at least two cars so there needs to be at least two parking passes that are allowed.

Annual family fishing trip

Great! The rooms and beds were good and the view of the beach and pool were really nice. Parking was a little tough if traveling with more than one vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Everything was as described. Very clean. Plenty of space for my family and it was fully stocked with everything you need, except bring your own beach towels.The only thing that didn’t work properly was the living room tv, but it didn’t impact our stay. I notified the manager, so it will hopefully be fixed for the next tenants.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. The view was beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed (we don’t cook much) and the owner was quick to answer my questions. I would definitely stay here again and hope to next summer.

Great family vacay in SPI.

We had a great stay in SPI. The condo was very clean, plenty of space for all, and best of all, the views from the living room and Master bedroom were awesome! We enjoyed spending time out of the balcony overlooking the pool and beach view. This condo had everything we needed! We would definitely return for another beach vacay!

Exceeded expectations

The view was breathtaking. The balcony was big and spacious, been abled to have my coffee with such beautiful view every morning was amazing. The place was cleaned and we couldn’t believe how many essentials were included. The location was great. We were given only 1 parking permit, but there was plenty of parking for our second car. Pool, hot tub were cleaned every morning, the property was very well kept. Easy access to the beach, volleyball nets available by the beach path, showers on both sides. I would definitely rent this place again.

Last minute Trip

We enjoyed our trip and the owner was very responsive. The front room is super hot even with fans. We wish it would have had twice as many bath towels though with no washer and dryer in the unit. There are no beach towels- we were not prepared and didn’t bring any as the last condos we stayed at had plenty. The condo was surface cleaned but definitely not to my expectations of clean. If it were cleaned correctly- our experience would have been much different.

Affordable, easy, convenient

Things I look for when booking a place is how affordable and convenient is it. David is a great host, he was polite, courteous and had am excellent response time. The place was clean and it was a simple contactless check in/out process. I had no issues with my stay and I highly recommend him as a host and would definitely consider him for future events.

Perfect location for family vacation. Beach was a two mini walk from pool, view was amazing. This condo had every thing you would need. My husband really liked the convenience of the beach, restaurants and shops in walking distance. We will book again with this location

Great location and condo for families

Location can't be beat; we could see the kids while in the pool and also at the beach. David was incredibly accommodation and kept in touch with us to ensure our stay was top notch. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Beach wagon and chairs were a plus.

TV did not work

The property was fine except that the main tv was not connected. We contacted property management company and they sent people who had no clue. Needless to say, we were unable to have our football party as planned. Very disappointed.

Great place!

The Condo was exactly how it was described. Everything you could possibly need was available and thought of. The location was perfect. Parking only one space but because it is off season this is not an issue for us. There was an issue with housekeeping but we chose not to call them back in but did feel the need to make host aware. He was responsive. We are already planning our next trip and plan to book with him if it’s available. Highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.
