"I've booked 2 days in crystal hill hotel. The first day the TV is not working the hotel towel is not clean as well. There were bugs and some insects in our room and the glasses they provide also not clean. The good point about this hotel is they provide water heater and a wonderful view from our balcony and the heater from our bathroom worked well for the first day.........The second day we actually frustrated and decided to move other place Caz in the morning 6am heater doesn't working and we...

"We stayed here for one night while exploring the local area. Overall the experience was good, the room was comfortable and the location is convenient. But this is a very basic accommodation, and the bathroom was in need of some repair. The owner and family were very helpful and accommodating, and in general the people in this area are very nice. This is a great location for views of Mt Kinabalu, and for local hikes, and also for visiting the Desa Dairy Farm."
