We even got the permission to checkout at a later time as we were hiking to waterfall in the morning (and there were no new check-in for our room that day). The place is very close to Poring hotspring, canopy walkway, kipungit and langanan waterfall. The entry route however was not likeable. Passing through small stream of river, then hiking some uneven up-sloping road and some stretch of bumpy rocky paveway. Should be very cautious if you rent compact/compact sedan. Rough gravel road for about 2km and a hill (not advisable for low skirting cars). Beautiful place and breathtaking views. Farm-like place with chicken, rabbit, duck, and quail. Kitchen space with plenty of appliances free to use 24hrs. Friendly owners and staff. Quite clean room but limited space in room and small toilet. Hot shower. Very cold in early morning and at night. Fresh air and a fun place. No near food place. It gets dark and foggy at night. Simple but clean rooms. We recommend the new Family rooms with 5 beds. There is a river 5 minutes away. So yes, you do have to walk to get to the main road, but it's a nice walk, I didn't complain. Bed was comfortable, I booked a dorm bed but I had the whole room for myself because there were no other guests. Hosts were very welcoming, really nice people. The kitchen staff was always speaking very loud, and for someone who went there to have a relaxing evening, I couldn't sleep before 10pm.
