This fine home offers very comfortable accommodations with contemporary furniture and lots of modern charm. It is composed of two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and dining area and a private terrace equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is located at the second floor in a modern condo which also includes an elevator.

The property is in Sorrento town center , on the main shopping road at only 300 meters from Piazza Tasso, Sorrento’s main square. Close to the apartment, you’ll find shops, a supermarket, bar, ATM, Internet cafe, restaurants and all other possibly needed services.

It includes air conditioning and heating , WiFi , bed linens and towels and all comprised in the rental price . A car is not necessary, however, free parking space is available in the housing complex, should you have one.

Just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll find a bus stop (20 m. away), the train station to reach Pompeii (only 400mt away), the harbor to get to Capri and Naples and several beaches is merely 500 meters away.
Sorrento is located on a tuff coast and is reflected in the Gulf of Naples, simply a jewel, fascinating tourists and visitors the world over, who are attracted by the breathtaking views and landscapes.
Its name derives from the Sorrento Peninsula, a large area extended from Vico Equense to Massa Lubrense.
This most enchanting area, thanks to its geographical shape, dangles between the emerald green hills and the deep blue of the seas, it has always been a great attraction of Southern Italy, and it’s considered one of the most beautiful areas in the world. Rental rules:
Check-in is from 14.00, Check-out is by 10:00 am
Prices include wi-fi, cleaning costs upon arrival and at time of departure, linens and towels.
A cash refundable deposit of 250 Euros must be provided upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure after an inspection takes place, in case of any damage.
If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.
