It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one en suite), a spacious living-dining room with sea views, and an open-plan kitchen with an island, fully equipped and finished to a high standard. Individual air conditioning in every room, central heating, high-speed internet, and premium equipment (Loewe, LG, Apple TV, Bosch, Miele, Harman Kardon) are included.
The 150 m² outdoor area includes a terrace with panoramic sea and harbor views, a pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, and several dining and lounge areas. The property borders a nature reserve with pine and olive trees, ensuring privacy and a natural setting.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just 400 m from the seafront and close to restaurants.
Cots and yoga equipment are available on request. After booking, you will receive full information, recommendations, and a personal welcome. The property does not have an elevator and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Pool is not heated.
