This 2-storey holiday home offers a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 twin beds and one with a single bed), as well as one bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, and a washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.



On the upper floor, there is a balcony with a dining area and a view of the mountainous landscape, while on the ground floor, you will find a furnished terrace. Guests can relax in the lounge area, read a good book on the beach chairs, and pick ripe, delicious lemons from the house's own tree. A supermarket is just 220 m away, and the centre of Sóller with shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés is 400 m away. The nearest beach, Platja d'en Repic, is 5.2 km from the accommodation.

This is a self-catering property. Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied. Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies after using what is provided. For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property. Double glass has been installed in the bedroom windows facing the street.
