### 🏔️Ski-In, Ski-Out\~Hot Tub\~Top Floor\~Interlude 301🏔️

Newly renovated, top floor 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo adjacent to Snowmass Mountain with easy ski-in, ski-out access. The unit features a spacious & private balcony with a grill, ski storage, covered parking, a gas fireplace and a fully stocked, beautifully remodeled kitchen. After a full day of skiing or hiking, you can sit back, relax & recover in our beautiful on-site, 18-person hot tub. IN301 sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, featuring a king bed in the master and two queen beds in each upstairs bedroom. This luxury 3-bedroom is the perfect destination for your mountain getaway, regardless of the season.  
  
Interlude 301 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.  
  
Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Interlude, there is a newly built 18-person hot tub which a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing or hiking.  
  
There is one covered parking space right below each condo. In the parking space, there is a storage shed that you may place belongings (skis, bikes, etc.) in for safe keeping. If you need parking for an additional vehicle, you may purchase a parking pass from the Laurelwood front desk for $20.00/day in the winter season. Additional parking is free in the summer and fall.   
  
This condo includes a washer/dryer for guest use, but we ask that you bring your own detergent if you wish to use them. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but box fans are provided in each bedroom closet and they are very effective in cooling the rooms down quickly.  
  
We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

#### Awesome stay with ski in ski out and all amenities

This 2 story condo with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a large dining and living area was terrific for our group to share. Great kitchen, stocked with all the high quality cooking pans and utensils needed for big dinner preparations. Hot tub just downstairs, and elevator access made transport of ski bags easy! Checking in and out was a breeze too.

As with all managed properties- there are a few things - Cleanliness - a little dusty on furniture- can see with lamb glare -Left over clothing items - under beds - dryer - ( socks)Coffee maker needs the correct pot size Hamilton beach model with Mr coffee pot - required a lot of troubleshooting to prevent grinds and spill over coffee Just need a better quality control person management It would be perfect

We had a wonderful time at I301\. The leaves were beautiful surrounding us. Slept 6 of us comfortably and had plenty of room for seating in the living areas also. Enjoyed that it was an end unit. Stocked well and decor was lovely. We truly enjoyed the balcony and closeness to Snowmass Village. Wish the hot tub opened earlier and stayed open til later in the evening, but I know that has nothing to the condo owner. The baseboards could get a good cleaning, but I wiped down the bathroom one. All in all I would highly suggest staying here again. We enjoyed 2 wonderful nights. Beautiful area and checkin was so easy!!! Thank you!

#### Great condo in Snowmass

We had four family members and we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed eating our meals at this beautiful condo and having breakfast on the deck. There is an elevator for bringing up/down suitcases to the third floor. You have a gorgeous view of the mountains, too. We would stay there again, when we return to the Snowmass/Aspen area. We had a great day exploring the Maroon Bells and it is conveniently located near the Aspen Airport. Highly recommend!

Perfect size for 6 adults and well located on the mountain. Convenient to the Snowmass mall and village. The property management staff did not orient us to the condo nor inform us there was a ski locker available for our use.

great weekend. super location as long as your good with around 200 stairs to the upper village for dinner, etc., which was fine except for when we had the baby and her stroller. the ski in ski out was easy and great. most of the beds/bedrooms are up a spiral staircase also, so again, probably not ideal for elderly and small kids, but great for everyone else.

#### Great size and location

I stayed with a group of 8 guys for a bachelor party. We had excellent access to snowmass and the lifts for a day of mountain biking. The following day we drove up the frying pan River to Ruedi Resivor. Beautiful drive and in reasonable distance to this location. There is a free bus to Aspen and it’s comes often and runs late. Place was clean and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here avain and recommend to others.

#### Everything You Could Want & More

My group and I had the most wonderful stay at this condo. It’s super clean, well decorated & well stocked and is a great ski in, ski out option at Snowmass. The office staff was so friendly and accommodating with a seamless check in process. It is a short walk to the Snowmass bus “station” where you can get on a bus to go in to Aspen. Hope I can return and enjoy this property again one day!

#### Great Value on the Mountain

We enjoyed our stay at the Interlude and found it to be a great value for the location. The management of the Interlude was very helpful as we got settled, including providing taxi vouchers to/from the airport and putting away our groceries when they were delivered before we arrived. The condo had plenty of space for five adults, although the shower/toilet part of the bathroom in the King room was very small. That room also ran extremely warm, especially overnight, which made sleep difficult even with a fan.

The unit was amazing, with everything you need. Close to slopes, ski in and out. Shops super close and the elevator was great. Great hot tub. Rooms spacious, but honestly u can fit only 6 people on this unit. There is no mattress on the lofts. Two adults sharing the queen, to have 4 adults on the bedroom is not ideal. Overall great unit. Thank you.

We enjoined our stay very much! Condo was very nicely renovated, great location, nice deck, comfortable beds, couldn’t ask for more! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Snowmass!
