The simple coastal interior design offers three levels of living space with everything you will need. A fully equipped large kitchen, first floor washer and dryer and private decks on each level. Enjoy the ultimate island lifestyle. Relax watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets, keep an eye out for dolphins daily right from the deck and take a walk along the shore where you can spot an occasional Sea Turtle. Home amenities include WiFi access and HD cable, a rollaway bed for additional sleeping space, and TVs on every floor. The home's location provides easy access to grocery stores, local shops, boutiques, restaurants, entertainment and fishing piers. There is even a park down the street with a playground, basketball courts and ice cream shop. Lots of fun for all.

Our family had a wonderful week of relaxation at this beautiful home. It was clean, had all of the accommodations we needed, and we loved having three separate balconies to choose from. The location was great and we loved searching for sharks teeth each day. Thanks for a great place to unwind for the week!

Perfect location. Wonderful views of sound and ocean. Kitchen is well equipped. Only downfall is the driveway is all sand and impossible to keep sand out of house. Bring slippers for inside!

Our second stay at Dream Big. First week of November both years. This year brought beautiful, mostly sunny, 80° weather! This was second time staying in 'Dream big'. I love the closeness to the ocean and the sound of the waves. It was a perfect vacation to relax and recharge. Comfy and cozy property. Three levels with amazing ocean view on every level. I look forward to my next stay at 'Dream big'!!

Being on the beach was amazing. We could walk out the back door, go down the stairs, and we were on the beach. We watched the tide come in, played in the waves, and took long walks on the beach. The upstairs suite was lovely, with its own deck. The main floor had a well equipped kitchen and gorgeous view. Both bedrooms downstairs had their own bathroom, one en-suite, one next door. This is an amazing location and Dream Big looks exactly as it does online. The only downside was there was trash, open wires, broken wood and a large broken tv left outside of the house when we first arrived. Vacasa was helpful and attentive when working to contact the local cleaning team to have this removed- it was removed next day. Overall, great spot!

Property in a nice area, ocean at your doorstep! There were no instructions on how to use the television sets. We were short one washcloth only had three for four people. We contacted vacasa, and we were told to look around the property, which we did. We could not find any more, so we went and bought our own.There was a bag of dirty or clean linens in the laundry room, but I want going to wash someone else’s laundry! The refrigerator and freezer were dirty with someone else’s food, and the refrigerator smelled like bleach. The entire house needs a good scrubbing!!

Loved location and layout of house. However spent much of vacation communicating with vacasa staff and waiting for repairmen. The same day cable and internet was repaired, the air conditioning stopped working and waited another day for that to be repaired. Suggest a routine check by vacasa staff prior to check in to assure these things working. I do want to say that the local vacasa staff was responsive and helpful. However most of my vacation was spent dealing with these problems.

Loved the beach. The house not so much. Rental agency no help. Just robo responses and no one came to address problems. Pealing paint, holes in ceiling, filthy landscape and tons of sand in Car port. House has loads of ants and we’ll roaches which we are told to expect. Won’t return wont rent with vacasa again. Not worth the money spent this time.

As of 10/19 - when we arrived, we were disappointed to discover that this home has structural damage (stairs to beach are missing) and driveway access is heavily impeded by thick sand. This is our 3rd consecutive year to rent this unit, and neglect is apparent; the kitchen cabinets are a mess of mismatched/broken items, small appliances, utensils, dishes. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is broken. Otherwise the house is clean, bright and quite livable, if no longer special. Our repeated requests to Vacasa have gone unaddressed.

Our first interaction with Vacasa was…45 minutes before our check-in time, they called to inform us that the stairs leading from the deck to the beach had been wiped out by the last storm and that there was caution tape on the deck. So we would need to use the front door and walk around the house to get to and from the beach (the dunes are unfortunately completely eroded on this property). Not acceptable to not have direct beach access when renting a “beachfront” house. When questioned about the late notification, vacasa stated that the owners had just found out about it. But we later learned from a neighbor that it had happened 3 weeks prior. Poor service to provide such late notice with no alternatives offered. Asked about compensation, but have not yet heard back. Mostly, we liked the property and really enjoyed our visit. The house felt clean and well cared for. The furniture and decorations were lovely - the colors and ocean-themed decor was perfect. Our favorite part were all the decks that overlooked the ocean. Great for watching sunsets while enjoying a cocktail. Loved the bar height chairs on the middle deck, which allowed for an unhindered view of the ocean. Huge TV in living room and WiFi were excellent. Kitchen was very well stocked. This is our feedback for improvement: - No screen door in master bedroom and ripped screens in the windows, so could not open windows; very disappointing because weather was cool and wanted to open windows to hear ocean. - The screen door on the lower deck was missing the handle (making it very hard to open from the outside) and one of the runner wheels was rusted out, so the screen door kept popping out. - As others mentioned, sand in the driveway/garage needs to be cleaned - makes it impossible to avoid getting sand in house, especially without use of back stairs from beach. Hose in garage to wash off feet, but to turn it off, had to walk back through sand… - Low water pressure in master bath sink (shower and kitchen sink were fine - didn’t use other bathrooms to check) - King bed needs king size sheets - it had a queen size flat sheet (which was too small to cover 2 people) and a flat sheet used on the mattress instead of a fitted sheet, which did not fit and couldn’t be tucked in. And the pillows were king sized - with standard size pillow cases. Which meant about 6 inches of the pillow were sticking out uncovered… - Several of the metal fixtures were rusted (curtain rods, metal trash cans) - may be time to replace - House is extremely close to the beach, which is nice for the views/accessibility, but inhibits beach access during high tide, as tide comes all the way up to the house. Dunes eroded - Spent alot of time killing black flies and fruit flies on the main floor. Not sure where the fruit flies were coming from, as we didn’t leave any fruit/food out. The black flies were very annoying out in the beach, as they bite. Guessing they were getting in through the rip on the screen door.

What a wonderful stay I had. The house is beautiful and loved the decor. The kitchen is well stocked which made cooking a breeze. Being so close to the water was amazing. Incredible views; sunrises and sunsets are fantastic. Saw dolphins and there were different finds on the beach each day. Will definitely be back!!

Booked property thru vrbo and treasure island realty. Treasure sold out to vacasa. Initial booking included pet. TIR s software showed us booking inc. pet. Vacasa did not. Had to pay additional $240 a week prior to arrival. Upon arrival over 18 inches of sand in driveway and garage. Man on skid steer at adjacent property graciously moved as much as he could. BTW parking for 3 at best not 5 as listed. Will never book a property who uses vacasa again.

A very peaceful break from the world. The expansive beach allows you to walk for miles and get lost just picking through shells and rocks. The constant surf lulls you to sleep each night, and the multiple decks are great for sunning and staring at the ocean

First the house was very nice. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. Now the one thing we didn't like. To get to the beach you had to walk through the 2nd floor bedroom. Was it a big issue for us no but it wasn't great. That's our only complaint.

I loved the location and accessibility to the ocean. The house was beautiful and just as described in the website photos. A few things need addressed to make it more enjoyable. The bathroom sinks and tubs did not drain well. The sliding doors all need screen doors on them to enjoy the ocean breeze. The washing machine was very squeaky while running. Other than that I was impressed with the property. Views were fabulous and the privacy was great. I would recommend this place to everyone.
