A few steps to beach. Not crowded since it’s not a public access. House was clean and plenty of room. It was perfect for our family of 9 and a baby. ##### Shelle T. The refrigerator was clean but the counters were sticky when we arrived. The trash inside the house was emptied but the container outside was full. It was nice to have the hand soap in the bathrooms but one bathroom was missing it. The bedroom with the washer/dryer was not well thought out for clothing for the people sleeping in that room. Perhaps the closet could be customized to be more efficient. The hand towels were nice but one towel per person at the beach is not enough. Generally, a towel is needed for hair and one for body. The bed pillows were breaking down and need to be replaced. The house was generally clean in that the furniture & floors were dusted and cleaned but the walls and baseboards were dirty. The shower in the 3rd floor master was not clean with water spots on the glass and mold on the floor. There was also hair in the shower. A fall or spring cleaning should be considered. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and enough space to work. The layout worked great for our 8 adults & 2 toddlers—keeping parents and kids on same floor—not same room! One caveat, there are vertical blinds or horizontal blinds throughout the home—while beautiful, they don’t block the light! Early rising meant we were on the beach by 9! It was great to have the elevator—which we used to unload/load our stuff, however we challenged ourselves to use the stairs. The main living room and kitchen on the top floor was great for views both oceanside and intercoastal side. Magnificent sunset! The house was spotless and well equipped with all the amenities. Heather was so nice and very responsive to any questions and needs.
