"There was a roach in the room and not enough rooms for disabled. Not too mention, if I were in a wheelchair, I couldn’t get upstairs to the 3rd floor because the elevator was broken!!!"

"Great hotel but the pool has been under construction for sometime now at booking this was not mentioned at all "

"Our checkin went smooth and the clerk at the front desk noticed that I had not included my Hilton Rewards number and quickly looked it up and applied it to my room folio. The room including the rest of the hotel we visited was clean. The morning buffet was well presented and staff friendly. The only item we were not a fan of was the scrambled eggs. We were able to make fresh waffles and enjoy the remaining items. The room is well accommodating for a disabled guest. The room comes with a microwave and fridge however when going to pop a bag of popcorn using the microwave, we blew a fuse which took out the fridge,microwave and tv. Maintenance arrived quickly and corrected the issue."

"Not a good place to stay"

"Quick check-in, and we got an upgrade for our room. The staff at the reception, restaurant, and the gentleman at the pool area were all very friendly and welcoming. For my birthday, our sweet waitress surprised me with a dessert, which made the stay even more special. Overall, it’s a nice property with a fantastic view, and we had a relaxing weekend. Good points: the lake view and the private access to the lake. Negative point: unfortunately, the pool was dirty, so we Couldn’t enjoy it in our first day."

"My wife and I have stayed here before. The room they gave us this time was excellent. Vaulted ceiling, spacious room, efficient staff, etc."

"I tried to check in early after a long drive; I called twice and visited in person once, but the staff member was not at all helpful in trying to get us a room—even though it was already 1:00 PM when I made my last call to inquire. I ended up having to go to another hotel. I will not return to this hotel, nor to any other La Quinta property."

"Parking was safe. Grounds are well kept. Rooms were immaculate. We arrive an hour early and they were able to accommodate us."
