I did travel with my Pet and understand is hard for the room service to come in when the pet is inside the room, but when we will leave the dirty towels out there were no replacements left, and we had to keep calling the front for new towels and the front staff were not always helpful."
"Outdoor pool area is very nice however the rooms need renovations. The door on our room was broken and not safe. Hotel staff quickly remedied the issue and moved us to another room. Staff was courteous and very welcoming. "
