"I booked thru this site on November 15th for Barana hotel and when I got there I was told that I was the 3rd person that day that showed up with our reservation and there was no reservation booked with the hotel. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. "

"We (a 3-generation family of 2 seniors, two adults and two kids - 6 and 11) spent a weeks' family vacation over Christmas here. It was wonderful. Mrs. Shelley took care of everything for us, including cooking all meals for us. For Christmas, we had shrimp and conch ceviche, and lobster two ways - grilled and lobster Newburg - also fresh deserts every night. This left us free us to be together and enjoy the pool and kids. Mr. Lesta picked coconuts for each of us and showed us how to get the milk. We wanted (and got) a quiet holiday away from others focused on enjoying the kids and each other. We never heard any drunken guests, loud parties or anything even though nice hotels were 2-3 doors down. The house felt really modern and upscale, freshly painted. Everything was as described. but the loving personal care Mrs. Shelley and her team provided us made it really special."
