This condo is our 4th floor balcony unit, facing the lagoon pool!

The Resort is a 4.5 Star Condo-Hotel, located on Singer Island.
Facing the Atlantic Ocean! Amenities include: Lagoon Pool with Slide, Fitness Center, Si Spa, Infinity Pool, Tiki Bar on Beach, 3800 Ocean Restaurant, Lagoon Pool Bar, Valet Service, Kids Club and more !!

Each of our 1 bedroom suites has a divider wall that separates bedroom/living area. Our 1-bedrooms include King-Bed, 2-Flat Screen TV's, Large bathroom with over-size tub and walk-in shower, Sofa-bed in living area, balcony for relaxing, washer-dryer in unit, kitchen with full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove-top.

2-Beach Chairs,Cooler,2-Boogie Boards and an Umbrella, located in each of our condos for our guests to use.

We offer addtl. cleanings during your stay, inquire about pricing.

**$50.00 Fee: Early (12PM & AFTER) or Late Check-out (UNTIL 3PM)
**The Marriott charges a daily $37.00 Valet Parking, plus tax.

Overall, the stay was wonderful! And the communication was absolutely amazing. We had a completely hiccup free stay, minus the first night when the AC wasn't working. Maintenance tried to help out the first night since we arrived late (like midnight). They were able to knockdown the temp a few degrees which was very appreciated. Early the next morning there was a different maintenance person by and they corrected the issue completely and the rest of the stay was wonderful. Beyond that, we LOVED the pools and the beach was beautiful. Having private access was amazing, even if we only walked around a bit due to super windy weather (this didn't affect the pools!). This was also walking distance to the Riveria Beach. There you can find a slew of places like a nice nail salon, small cafes, tiki bars, etc...It was only a short drive to Clematis street/downtown as well. Alex the bartender at the resort was AMAZING! He tended to us all weekend for drinks and food.

Overall a nice place to stay

We were overall happy with the stay. Only negatives were the pull out bed/sofa was terrible. Extremely uncomfortable and not usable. The porch view isn’t the best but just ok. Room was clean, customer service at the hotel was great. All in all we would stay here again.

The amenities were perfect. The beach was awesome. The room was gorgeous. My only complaint is the listing says 1 bedroom. There are no doors to this bedroom from the living room area so there is no privacy in the bedroom from anyone staying in the living room area.

Great weekend getaway!

My husband and I visited Palm Beach for our 10 year anniversary and this unit was perfect for our weekend getaway. Very clean, spacious for the two of us, and has the essentials. Owner was very responsive and accommodating when we arrived a few hours early. Beach was beautiful! Room has a view of the one pool so if you want a beach view this unit won’t suit you. However beach access is right on the other side of the building. We paid for the resort pass so we could have chairs and an umbrella at the beach rather than having to carry them. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Marriott Resort on Singer Island

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriot on Singer Island. There were a lot more families with children than when we came the year before but despite that, we had a nice quiet and relaxing vacation. The room was wonderful and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond when the disposal wasn't working. A beautiful week!

Honeymoon

We decided to book this location for our honeymoon & we're very happy that we did! There was a little hiccup with the booking but I was contacted quickly after leaving a message & taken care of. I will say the bed was not very comfortable after the first night or two but that may just be me. Fun atmosphere, clean place, friendly staff. Valet was mostly pretty quick about getting our vehicle. Definitely recommend to family & friends.

I was disappointed that the master bath lighting was not all working. Most of the lights were not working. Also, sofa bed mattress had a lot of stains and was disgusting to sleep on. Please change the mattress

Very nice condo in a beautiful hotel.

I booked this condo for my fiancé s birthday week. We stay at Marriott quite a bit when we travel. I must say this is one of the nicest hotels we stayed in. The staff is very helpful and nice. Nice clean pools and the beach is beautiful by the hotel. The only drawback is the view from the balcony. It is the top of the Tiki bar (no ocean view whatsoever.) If that doesn’t matter to you then this is your condo. I would like to see the ocean next time but if there were nothing available I would stay here again.
