Villa Seven Seas is an elegant and comfortable holiday home, ideal for families or groups seeking tranquillity, space and leisure moments in a welcoming setting, perfect for relaxing holidays in the Algarve.



The living and dining area is spacious and bright, creating an inviting atmosphere for socialising and unwinding, with direct access to the outdoor areas of the property.



On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, both en suite, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as a guest bathroom for added convenience.

On the lower level there is a functional leisure area with a snooker table, a guest bathroom with direct access to the pool area and a barbecue, ideal for relaxed moments in group.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a practical and functional space for preparing meals, with direct access to the exterior of the villa.



Outside, the private swimming pool and heatable pool option (additional cost) are surrounded by spaces designed for relaxation and enjoying the Algarve climate, creating the perfect setting for outdoor days.



Located in a pleasant area, Villa Seven Seas is close to the beach, as well as bars, restaurants and essential services, allowing guests to fully enjoy the surroundings during their stay.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 180 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
