### 2 QUEEN BEDS 2 GUESS

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Very nice quiet community please non-smoking no pets no parties

Park in the driveway Please please don’t hang out that the front of the building we have a lot of backyard space no smoking allowed inside  
Other things to note  
One time security deposit $200 we keep that deposit after you leave so we checked and make sure no smoking inside the room If everything is OK you get your security deposit back
