"Nice little cottage style apartment setting. We enjoyed it. Convenient location, nicely updated rooms complete with kitchen. Relatively short walk to beach, especially compared to expansive beaches in public beach area of Siesta Key. Free trolley up to Village of Siesta for dining, bars, etc. Close to southern cluster of bars. Chair rentals guys staking out chunks of beach is not ideal but par for the course in Florida I guess. "

"The overall feel of this place is nice and chilled it's location to the beach and to the main area with shops and restaurants is what makes it so ideal. They have also tried to provide you everything you need to go to the beach, chairs, cooler, towels, wagon. Couple of issues would be the size of the room, if you are travelling and living from a suitcase like us it was a bit of a nightmare as there was barely room to have an upright case let alone an open one, and no space even a shelf to put things on. Also the bedding was awful, old scratchy sheets, actually disturbed my sleep."

"We come and stay in the area almost every year and this is the Best house so far. We had our entire family -10 adults and 6 children and had a Fantastic week long Vacation!! Excellent location to village and Beach. Everyone enjoyed the incredible pool. House was spotless. Thank you and we will be Back!"
