Relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings, fish from the docks, take a dip in the pool and watch kayaks paddling past on the waterway. Bring your boat, or rent one from nearby Turtles Marina (docking is free for residents). This is a beautiful, updated 2 story condo furnished in Florida beach decor. On the first level is the large living room, updated kitchen, dining area with new dining set, and half bathroom. Living room leads out to the main balcony. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the second level, and another balcony is accessible from the master bedroom. All beds have comfortable new mattresses & linens. Sleeps 6 with a king in the master & 2 full size beds in the guest bedroom. Living room sleeper sofa will accommodate an overnight guest. Full size washer & dryer are in the unit. Free WiFi & cable plus all of you beach gear is provided. The Cozy Cove community located on the quieter southern end of Siesta Key and is comprised of six intimate units. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing tropical experience. Turtle Beach is a just short walk with picnic areas, playground, and volleyball court. Several restaurants, including Turtle's Restaurant and Ophelia's on the Bay, are both within a 3-5 minute walk and you can dine on the water. Turtle Beach Marina is nearby if you want to rent a boat or kayak. This place was the perfect location. A very short walk to the trolley stop and Turtle Beach. The condo itself was nicely decorated. Very clean. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. Kitchen was equipped with all the basics we needed for making breakfast and nights in. Pool the pool was also nice. Had a great view of the inlet. Great size for a family of 5 adults. Beds are comfortable. The pull out couch was a bit springy so we layered the mattress with every blanket we could fine to make soft for our daughter. Bdrm TV had parental settings so we could't watch anything we liked in bed & didn't want to play around with the settings. Pool is not heated, but we didn't use it since we're so close to Turtle beach and Siesta beach. Short walk to Turtle beach and Kayate/paddle boarding. Unit was spacious and well laid out and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Furniture was new and the decor was very cute. Had that beachy feel without being over the top. Everything was spotless. The owners had even set up a small Christmas tree in the living room which made us feel more welcome. Small in ground pool was not heated and not useable during our trip, which we were aware of before our stay. Outside of the building was a little worn and docks in need of repair, but the location and really nice interior space more than made up for that. The beach was only a five minute walk away and were were able to enjoy miles of uncrowded beach every day. The management team was great. Quick response to rental inquiry and great communication pre, during and post stay. Renting from them was a breeze. We would not hesitate to return. ##### Cheryl H. We are from Canada - we had to book for at least 5 nights and the total cost was a little over $1,000 Canadian - so $200 per night. The condo was clean, comfortable and safe. The beds were super comfy and cozy, the kitchen well stocked for meal prep (but we still ate out at every seafood restaurant we found, Turtles was the best, go there!) Adorable decor, right on the water and walking distance to Turtle Beach. We wished we would have rented paddleboards/kayaks for the week and parked them right there on the dock! It was just a short drive to anything we wanted to do; shopping, restaurants and scuba diving! Would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Siesta Key. ##### Kathryn T.
