The location was great for a quick walk to the beach, and my family loved snorkeling at Point of Rocks. Since there was no parking at this beach access, the beach didn't get too crowded. Inside the apartment, everything was as described. A couple of minor fixes would be nice (hooks in the bathroom were loose and the closet door sticks) but overall, it was great.
