We loved the close walk to the beach, how quiet the area was and how clean the condo was. It was especially nice to have sand toys and a wagon for the kids. It was also great to have everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare food instead of eating out everyday. The owner was prompt with communication and we very much appreciated the option for a late checkout. We will definitely stay here again and refer this condo to our friends! The gulf side gate guys defended that place like Fort Knox. Packing for a beach day with small kids made it much more of a hassle than just driving down to the public beach-which we ended up doing. ##### Ben S.
