The apartment was very clean and suited our purpose. Staff was good, not great. Location is great. The layout of the unit was not great-especially one of the bathrooms is right in the middle of the kitchen/living area. So if you want to take a shower in it - you have to walk by everyone in that open room. Bathrooms are designed with dark tile and the lighting is terrible-especially for women trying to get ready for an event. Check in was easy and the staff was welcoming. I have severe allergies to dust and mold and was concerned when I realized we didn't pack the air purifier; however, my concerns were not warranted. The unit was very clean. There are 2 pools and just a short walk to the beach. There is also a trolley so at the end of the road making traveling around the island very easy. My sister wanted to celebrate her bachelorette party with something relaxing. The beach is beautiful. Even with the weather not being it’s best we enjoying the beach and pool. While it was obviously a very busy week on Siesta Key, this property is quiet and secluded while giving totally easy access to the beach and local bars. It was perfect. We finally got ahold of a human at 11:30pm and when she came to the location tried 3 different rooms, all of which had people in them. Someone had our welcome packet with my name on it in the room we rented. We had to call another 5-6 hotels before we could find a place with room for us at 2am. The next morning we had to call to get any updates on our room. It turns out the room somehow got double booked so we were not able to come back for our trip. We did get a full refund but we’re told we would also be reimbursed for the difference in our new hotel, which was over $600 more. It has been almost 2 weeks and we have not received the difference. I will never book through vrbo or this location ever again. ##### Amy S.
