The restaurant was closed because there were not enough guests staying at the hotel and our room smell to cigarette smoke despite it was a non-smoking room. However, the owner/management desperately needs to fix the water heater. We had no hot water the three days we were there. We were told it is solar generated. For a country that is cloudy and rainy multiple months out of the year, there should be a backup system in place. A hot water is a basic expectation of a hotel stay. Management, please fix so your staff can shine!
