Staff is so friendly and helpful, always ready to call you a tuk tuk or just ask how your day is going. Rooms are big and clean, and they clean every day which is nice. The staff gives you cold, menthol scented towels whenever you return from being out in the heat which is amazing. Pool is great, food menu is decently priced (especially the small poolside menu with $2 plates). They let us hang by the pool and in the lobby for fun be hours after checkout while we waited for our late night flight. Overall, awesome place. Only small negative I can think of - walls are a little thin so if guests are being rudely loud in the hallway early in the morning or the cleaning crew is being loud in a room next door, it might wake you up. Not a big deal but it did happen a couple of times.
