Room was nice and clean. We would consider coming back manly because of the friendly and very welcoming staff as well as the hotel location which makes it walkable to the pub street and night market areas. Breakfast and dinner options were also great - taste was fantastic and value for money also really good.

The room was lovely and clean but a little dark as it faced towards the central atrium. The staff, as per our previous visit, were warm and welcoming. Some breakfast dishes were running low a little early and didn’t seem to be refilled but all good otherwise.

Very good service – the team is attentive, helpful, and patient. Special thanks to Danu and Rachana for their great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The breakfast did not fully meet our expectations and felt rather standard – we found better options at the Old Market. The rooms are clean and relatively modern, and the overall property is in okay condition. The location is also very good. However, the bathroom design has some practical issues: the bathrobes are outdated and not really usable, the sink is more futuristic than functional, and the shower is poorly designed so the entire bathroom gets wet. The toilet also kept running water continuously. In addition, some rooms were missing basic items like clothes hangers, and the air conditioning was a bit sluggish. Overall, a pleasant stay with some clear areas for improvement.
