Needs a bit of work to be back up to its current rating. The pool still looks nice but the gardens and other facilities are a little neglected. The much touted day spa is not in use at present, the "pub" may or may not be open. I will greatly recommend it to friends. And there was a big smile on the service staff's face as to tell that he was happy to have found the owner and returned it. This is true sincerity not just for the sake of returning the phone! We really have to thank this young man in red uniform, who is also the bell-boy. There was a warm welcome and cold drinks were served immediately to guest upon check-in while waiting for the rooms keys to be allocated. Breakfast was good with buffet meals always hot on the serving dish and replenished almost immediately when it runs low.
