"Only stayed one night on arrival in Okinawa before going to OIST, but the room was immaculate and comfortable, and large compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Japan. Location is great, close to the airport, monorail stop, and across the street from a shopping mall. "The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy. The location was also super convenient; a 10 minute train ride from the airport and then a few blocks walk that was easy to manage even with luggage. It was also close to many restaurants, parks, and the beach etc. The laundry machine in the room was also super helpful, and the hotel provided laundry detergent too!"

"A great tourist friendly hotel right on the Kokusai-dori, the main tourist street in Naha, Okinawa. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and I had no problems speaking English. Check-in was a breeze. The property is an nice, solid hotel - clean and well run and rooms were huge by Japanese standards. Everything in the rooms looked and felt clean, and there wasn't anything too complicated to figure out - just make sure you turn the minifridge on yourself as Japanese staff turn these off between guests to save on energy. Overall, a great pace to stay while you are in Naha or exploring Okinawa."

"This place is amazingly kept, in a great location with fantastic staff. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is the wifi and internet. If you are stayibg here and need to conduct business, you may want to rethink your stay. VPN connnectivity was spotty as well along with the wifi resetting every 30 mins or more. A place of this magnatute needs to hire an compedent IT staff to keep this stuff working properly. (and I have been an IT priofessional for over 15 years.)"
