"I can only judge by the rooms condition. It needs an overhaul and a deep cleaning. I did not take pictures but dirt on the closet floor is unacceptable. "

"While the hotel itself as okay, we were extremely disappointed with the pool area. Traveling with two kids, a pool is a must. The pool room wash hot, the floor was slippery and dirty (I saw clumps of hair and a bug) and the towels were small and scratchy. The pool was so cold my kids weren’t in the water for more than 10 minutes before their teeth were chattering. They finally got out with blue lips. I really hope they invest in upgrading their facilities as there are many hotels in the area and a lot of competition for business. "

"Clean rooms and building, friendly staff, $20 a day comp for little snack kiosk. Great for quick trips to NJ to visit family!"

"Breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal and toast. Not what I call breakfast no juice no creamer for coffee no yogurt. Not good "

"Breakfast was great - much better than a typical hotel. The room was pretty clean and the staff were very nice! The only complaint was that the pool opened at 8 am - I was SO excited to go. My mother and I went down at 9 am and they closed it for cleaning and said it would be another hour and a half! Why not have someone come in early to clean or after it closes? And there was no sign in the lobby that said it was closed so we didn't find out until we walked allll the way around and down the hall. "

"No Breakfast. Bagels for sale for $5/each. Nonsmoking rooms smelt smokey. Toilet splashed whenever flushed. Shower wouldn't drain properly. Towels were dirty before use. Refrigerator was plugged in but didn't work."

"Our room Was not what we reserved and there was no support from Expedia or Home 2. We had to keep calling for supplies that should have been in the room. We were given a handicapped room and it was a mess trying to babe little kids with out a tub. All the water came out like a flood. No ledge on the shower floor. No help from staff either. "
