The room had smoking smell and the towels too although non smoking room had been booked. 2\. The staff was not really polite and always persuaded to become a member. 3\. For wifi, it must require the tenants to input local phone no to activate it. It couldnt connect automatically or type room no for connection. If without local no., wifi couldnt be used. 4\. Space is ok and shower is ok. 5\.
