Staff were very courteous and helpful. The room configuration we booked was no longer offered (posting error at Hotel.com website) but the staff immediately upgraded us to a bigger unit with our stipulated configuration. The unit was like newly renovated. Location wise, it is just a short walk from the mtr lines 2 and 12\. It seems like the quality has gone down. The room that I was in was not in very good condition and it was freezing cold. The breakfast was just okay - not as good as it used to be. I spoke to someone at the front desk. They brought me a heater for the room but I was still cold all night. I was disappointed in the whole experience.
