It’s unfortunate that it’s located in an area where economic development seemed to be put on hold and it’s not as well used as it’s targeted to be. I do recommend that the hotel should have a dress code for people who are having breakfast in the restaurant on 5th floor. I saw a lady dressed in light pink pajamas with her long hair below her waist line. It’s extremely inappropriate and untidy and I believe people who are in the local culture do not know how ghostly they looked ,and need to be reminded on this. I have 2 pictures to provide if hotel management is interested in knowing how horrible and ghostly this lady appeared in the restaurant this morning.
