This was my worst ever hotel experience. Ignorance, incompetence, and shady practices. I arrived late at night and they told me my room was under repair. I said just give me a different room, and they said they couldn't do that--I would have to cancel the room and upgrade to a new room, and pay upfront. I did that, haven't received my refund on the canceled room yet, and the replacement room smelled like mold. They are not professional, have little experience dealing with non-residents.
