This is your new favorite vacation spot. A spacious, two-level condo located just across the courtyard from the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan. It's the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy quality time with family and friends. You're close to all the action but can always retreat to your peaceful home away from home. PLEASE NOTE: Renters and guests of this condominium unit do not have access to or use of the Blue Harbor Resort water park and will not try to purchase a Day Pass, since the unit owner obtained a waiver of the Resort Amenity Fee. Guests and occupants are not permitted to access or attempt to access Breaker Bay Waterpark. Purchasing or attempting to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a fine at the owner’s discretion, which will be the guest’s responsibility and must be paid in full. The main level is a hub for relaxation and connection, featuring a cozy living room, a dining area for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen.
