Shark's Bay Tours and Activities

One of the most luxurious and affordable places i have ever been in. The hotel leaves you not wanting to leave it because it has everything from food and activities and beach right near it and massage parlour and facials and hairdressers and even when stung in the ocean there is a doctor. A BIG THANK YOU TO MAHMOUD AND SALAH FROM RECEPTION. THE BEST PEOPLE YOU CAN EVER DEAL WITH AND THE FUNNIEST AND TO MUSTAFA OUR DRIVER WE LOOOOOVE YOU

From the moment we walked in, Mahmoud at the reception was phenomenal, professional, and made checking in a breeze. We even told him we were hungry, so he held off our room until we went to the restaurant to grab a bite. The food, the staff, bar men, even housekeeping were all great. They pay attention to the excellent service they provide. The pool is great, and the private beach with bungalows is a one minute walk from the pool. I saw many families bring their kids here, and the animation team was very friendly and attentive with them. The cleanliness of the whole place is what really stood out in what this establishment is trying to achieve. All in all, check out this place. From now on, I will be staying at JAZ for when I visit sharm el sheikh again. Thanks again to everyone!

I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed to allow her to come to the room but made it clear that she couldn't eat or drink anything. I wouldn't stay here again as there are plenty of other options in the areal.
