Nothing fancy though. Breakfasts are boring, same selection every day and not really tasty (comparing to few cafes around). Corridor has worn carpet and smell like sewer. It’s not in the center but 15 min walk to the metro station (Chuansha station on line 2). Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, a great mall and a wonderful park with a pond a pagoda nearby. We loved staying in the residential area because we could have some insight into the life of locals. The hotel building was old and needed some TLC but our room was wonderful (we surprisingly actually got a two-bedroom for the four of us with plenty of space.) There is a mini-fridge in the room, a kettle with coffee/tea packets and water bottles, TV in each bedroom (no channels to watch for some reason, but we didn’t care), beds were comfortable (firm mattresses which we prefer). The room was cleaned every day and all supplies restocked). There was a laundry available. Hotel staff didn’t seem to speak any English but were friendly. Breakfast- can not comment on the taste since not yet accustomed to the local food (too oily for us), but there were a lot of choices in the breakfast buffet.
