Conveniently located near Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this 3-story home offers an air hockey table, Arcade Game, 7 Brand New Smart TV's, and 3 decks to enjoy your Smokey Mountain Getaway from. The views are incredible from all three decks, which you can enjoy while relaxing in the 6 person hot tub, or from the Adirondack chairs with a nice beverage. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled before every stay. Inside, the cabin is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The four bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds. The master bedroom even has its own private balcony. This home boasts a large master bedroom which encompasses the entire third floor, with more views, a king-sized bed, jacuzzi tub, and a private balcony, perfect for enjoying a nightcap under the stars. The main floor features an open family room with a brand new large flatscreen Smart TV and sleeper sofa, fireplace, air hockey table, one queen bedroom and access to the balcony. On the lower level, you will find 2 king bedrooms, a tv/game room, and our deck with a hot tub. We have high Speed Xfinity Business Wifi, and Smart TV's located in every room for your enjoyment. Sleeping arrangements throughout the home includes 3 king beds (1 on the top floor, and 2 on the lower level), 1 queen bed (on the main floor), and 2 sofa beds (one on the main floor and one on the lower level) with linens and towels included. We also love kids, so we have stocked the home with a pack and play for your little one to sleep in, and a highchair so they can join you at the dinner table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal for your family or friends. We also stock the home with soap and shampoo in every bathroom for your convenience. With its stunning views, modern amenities, and unbeatable location, this 4-bedroom cabin is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Book your stay today and start planning the vacation your family has been waiting for! We are a cabin in the woods, so you may see and hear critters throughout your stay. Parking is along the street in front of the home. There is a steep area once you enter through the community gate. Start up the hill but take the first right turn toward our unit. Snow and ice are not common in the area, but 4WD or AWD may be necessary in the winter months. The fireplace is electric and can be turned on at the push of a button. Any underage guests in the hot tub must be monitored by an adult at all times. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk. We provide a "Starter Pack" of soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and 2 small bags of coffee. Please plan accordingly if you anticipate needing more than this. Overall very clean, however, there was a couple of beds whose sheets had hairs on them from I’m guessing the previous people who stayed-so I’m guessing new sheets weren’t put on those beds…Other than that-everything matched the listing and was in a great location not far from town. Grandparents were on main floor to avoid stairs. All children were downstairs. Hubby and I took the top floor. Everyone had their own space! We came across a bear on the driveway! First and closest one we saw for the trip! Host was amazing at communicating. He even accommodated a last minute request to shift our trip a day forward. Every level had a balcony which was nice and every room had a tv so we could spread out and watch what we wanted or hang out anywhere we wanted the video game and air hockey table was a great addition. Communication with the owner was great. If you have more than 3 vehicles in your group it will be a tight squeeze if the property next door has guests. The host was very responsive and the check in process was smooth and simple. All amenities in the cabin were as described. Parking for 3 cars was a little tight, but we made it work with no problems. Driving distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was 10-15 minutes and we could easily get to most attractions without encountering the typical weekend (extra parade weekend) traffic.
