Located in a residence on the 3rd floor (with elevator). It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), flat-screen TV, high table and 2 high chairs, and air conditioning. There is a 10 sq m (108 sq ft) enclosed loggia with a lovely view of the port (table and chairs). The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, and dishwasher). The bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm), wardrobe, and TV. The bathroom has a shower, sink, vanity unit, and storage. There is a separate WC. A private parking space (number 40) is included within the residence. The advantages of the location: Everything is within walking distance, and you can easily stop for lunch at the Sète market. Beaches of Sète are 3.8 km away, accessible by bus. The train station is 1.8 km away. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.
